Scope

These terms apply to the use of the zenlawpartners.com website (the “site”), operated by Zen Law Partners (the “Firm”). By using the site, you accept these terms.

Contact: Zen Law Partners, Maslak Mah. AOS 55. Sok. 42 Maslak Sitesi No: 4 Sarıyer / İstanbul · [email protected] · +90 532 050 04 19. The Firm’s lawyers are registered with the Istanbul Bar Association.

Nature of the information on the site

The articles, pages, glossary and document guide on the site are for general information. They are not a legal opinion and do not replace legal advice on a particular matter. Every legal situation is assessed on its own facts; consult a lawyer before acting on information from the site.

The content of the site is published for information only, within the rules of the legal profession and the advertising ban for lawyers.

Content is prepared according to the law and practice at the date of publication and may have changed since. Pages show their publication and update dates.

Lawyer–client relationship

Using the site, contacting the Firm by phone, WhatsApp or email, or sending a preliminary assessment request does not create a lawyer–client relationship. That relationship begins only with a written legal services agreement and a power of attorney between the Firm and the client.

A preliminary assessment request lets the Firm review your request; it does not mean that a case will be accepted or that a particular result will be obtained.

For time-sensitive matters (for example, deadlines to file a lawsuit or an objection), call the Firm without waiting for a reply to your request; sending a request does not stop or interrupt any deadline.

Personal data and cookies

Personal data you share while using the site and contacting the Firm is processed under the KVKK Privacy Notice. The use of cookies is explained in the Cookie Policy; you can change your cookie preferences at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page.

When you contact the Firm, share only the information needed for the assessment. Send documents that contain health information only through the channel the Firm specifies.

Official contact channels

The Firm contacts people only from the phone number and the @zenlawpartners.com email addresses listed on the Official contact channels page. Messages from any other number, address or account that ask for payment do not come from the Firm; if you receive one, please report it to the Firm through the official channels.

Intellectual property

The texts, logo, design and the Firm’s own photographs on the site belong to Zen Law Partners. Short quotations with attribution are allowed; copying, publishing or commercially using all or a substantial part of the content without permission is prohibited. Third-party photographs are used under their own licences.

External links and content

The site may contain links to other websites and YouTube videos. The Firm is not responsible for the content or the personal data practices of those websites. YouTube videos are not loaded unless you allow external content or open a video once. The Google Maps map on the contact page is likewise not loaded unless you allow external content or press “Load the map”.

Liability

The Firm takes reasonable care to keep the site running without interruption or errors but does not guarantee this. To the extent permitted by law, the Firm is not liable for damage arising from actions taken on the basis of the general information on the site. Liability for intent or gross negligence, and liability under the law that cannot be limited by agreement, remain unaffected.

Changes and effective date

The Firm updates these terms when necessary. The current text is published on this page with its last update date. These terms take effect on 22 October 2026.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The competent courts and enforcement offices for disputes are determined under the general rules of the law; consumers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.
