Default setting

When you first visit the site, only cookies necessary for the site to work may be used. Analytics cookies and external content (YouTube videos and Google Maps) stay off unless you allow them. We do not use Google Tag Manager.

The “Reject all” and “Accept all” buttons are in the same window and the same size. You can also choose categories one by one. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page. When you withdraw, measurement stops immediately and analytics cookies are deleted from your browser.

Legal grounds

  • Necessary cookies (zl_consent, __Host-zl_ops): our legitimate interest in running the site and the management panel and in remembering your choice (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). No consent is asked for these cookies.
  • Analytics cookies and external content: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1)). If you do not allow them, they are not used. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

What analytics measurement sends and does not send

If you allow it, the following is sent to Google Analytics: the page address, the page title, the site language, only the domain of the site you came from, and these events: page views, successful submission of an application, and clicks on WhatsApp, phone or email links. Only campaign parameters (utm_…) and click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) stay in the page address; all other parameters are removed.

Never sent: your name, email address, phone number, the description you write in your application, health information, the name of a clinic or hospital, the files you upload or your application number. Google signals and Google’s personalisation features are turned off.

If you allow analytics cookies, measurement data may be processed by Google LLC on servers outside Türkiye, including in the United States.

What link measurement sends and does not send

If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics may tell Google that a visit which began with a click on a link on Google ended in a successfully submitted application. For this, the click identifier in the page address (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) is kept in a first-party cookie.

Never sent: the same data listed above as never sent. Personalisation, remarketing and Google signals stay off. We never pass your application data to Google.

If you are signed in to a Google account when you click a link on Google, Google may associate the click and its outcome with that account under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com). If you do not want this, leave analytics cookies off; the site and the application form work the same.

You can withdraw this consent at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link; these cookies are then deleted from your browser.

Browser settings

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, your cookie choice cannot be remembered and the preferences window opens again on every visit.

Your rights

Your rights regarding your personal data and how to exercise them are described in the KVKK Privacy Notice. For questions: [email protected].
