Who we are

Zen Law Partners was founded in Istanbul in 2026 by Attorney İrem Şirolu. Our attorneys are registered with the Istanbul Bar Association; files are handled by our firm.

Attorney İrem Şirolu graduated from Özyeğin University Faculty of Law and completed her postgraduate studies in London (City St George’s, University of London, LL.M.). This background helps us work closely with clients from other legal systems on matters with a foreign element.

Our work focuses on medical malpractice and health law, immigration law, investment and commercial law, criminal law, and dispute resolution. We also represent Turkish and foreign patients living abroad in cases arising from cosmetic procedures.

Individuals. Patients treated in Türkiye, foreigners living in or moving to Türkiye, and people involved in criminal or civil disputes.

Companies. Businesses operating in Türkiye: contracts, regulatory compliance, data protection and commercial disputes.

Foreign entrepreneurs and investors. Company formation, structuring the investment, residence and work permits, and citizenship by investment.

Clients abroad. Files handled under a power of attorney, as a rule without the client having to travel to Türkiye.
