Attorney İdil Zeynep Yağlıca graduated from the Faculty of Law at Özyeğin University in 2017 and has worked at some of Türkiye’s distinguished law firms throughout her professional career.
She has developed her legal practice primarily in the fields of Immigration and Foreigners Law, Health Law, Criminal Law, Investment and Commercial Law, and Sports Law.
Through her work with international clients, she has gained significant expertise particularly in immigration law, providing comprehensive legal consultancy in matters related to residence permits, work permits, citizenship applications, deportation procedures, and administrative detention processes.
Over time, she concentrated her practice on Health Law and Medical Malpractice, gaining substantial practical experience in disputes involving patient rights, the legal liability of physicians and healthcare institutions, and pecuniary and non-pecuniary compensation claims arising from medical interventions.
In the field of criminal law, she provides strategic legal support to her clients throughout investigation and prosecution processes, ensuring effective representation especially in cases requiring a high degree of sensitivity and attention.
Attorney İdil Zeynep Yağlıca, in addition to her legal practice, further developed her expertise in international trade, business development, and global communication by completing a Master’s degree in Business & Marketing at Seneca Polytechnic in Canada in 2024. This academic experience has strengthened her commercial perspective and enhanced her intercultural communication skills, allowing her to provide more effective and strategic support to international clients.
Thanks to the experience she has gained across various areas of law throughout her career, she has particularly specialized in immigration law and medical malpractice, aiming to provide her clients with strategic, transparent, and result-oriented legal solutions by evaluating each case within its own unique dynamics.
Today, as one of the founding attorneys of Zen Law Partners, she provides legal consultancy and representation services to domestic and international clients on both national and international levels.
